Description

The overall aim of the service is to provide patient initiation of anticoagulation therapy, on-going monitoring and management of patients, who require anticoagulation therapy in the community aged 18 years and over. Patients must be registered with a GP practice on the Isle of Wight, including temporary residents and to provide a community based patient DVT diagnosis and management service.
