Organisation and Implementation of Training and other Capacity Building Activities in the EU, Iceland and Norway for the Consumer Organisations and other Actors and Stakeholders in the Consumer Policy

Description

The call is aimed at developing an effective approach to capacity building of consumer organisations and providing trainings/seminars to participating countries' consumer organisations' representatives including other actors and stakeholders in consumer policy. The contractor shall develop an effective approach to capacity building, including, a solid needs analysis useful both as evidence for the commission policy-making and as advice to consumer associations how to best develop their internal training and capacity building approach, including monitoring indicators focused on outcomes and impacts. The call for tender is launched by means of an open procedure. The contractor is expected to provide the research services and to implement the training/seminar activities.
