F0036 SDF & PDF upfront Audit Phase 1a

Description

The focus of this contract is to perform the aforementioned forensic transaction review, initially on 4 applications that have been submitted in order to determine the consistency of the application and assessments across the SDF contract and determine an external assessed figure based on the information provided together with the process and the gaps. This is a small sample to determine a future way forward. There will then be a second phase which will to be carry out a similar process on a larger number of assessments to look at a proof of concept of being able to audit upfront in line with the ECC on monthly assessments. The purpose once the Work Package Task is completed is to support the consistent assessment of applications delivered through an upfront audit service The scope is across two phases. The first phase will cover 4 applications over a 2 week discovery phase, moving onto a wider selection once the initial selection has been reviewed and outputs considered for next stages. The second phase will be to carry out a review of a wider selection of around 30 assessments to further develop an understanding of the savings to be made through a consistent assessment of applications.
