Negotiated Contract for the Support of South Lanarkshire Council’s Transformational Review of Customer Engagement

South Lanarkshire Council have a requirement to procure services to Support South Lanarkshire Council’s Transformational Review of Customer Engagement. The award of this contract under the Negotiated Tendering Procedure can be justified under Standing Order 9.3.1 of the Council’s Standing Orders on Contracts for the following reason:- The services can only be supplied by one suitable contractor because competition is absent for technical reasons and the absence of competition is not the result of an artificial narrowing down of the parameters of the procurement. The contract term will be from 01 April 2026 – 31 March 2028, with the option to extend for 12-months, in any increment Lot 1: Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition.
