Framework Contract for Copernicus Emergency Management Risk and Recovery

Description

The risk and recovery mapping of the Copernicus Emergency Management Service (EMS) will be covered by framework contracts and will consist of: Lot 1: non-standardized RRM products (RRM — FLEX) — multiple framework contract with reopening of competition; Lot 2: standardized RRM products (RRM — STD) — single framework contract. This service consists of the on-demand provision of geospatial information. This information supports emergency management activities not related to the immediate response phase. This service addresses prevention, preparedness, disaster risk reduction or recovery phases. Lot 1: Risk and Recovery non-standarized products (RRM — FLEX) for complex activations or activations not covered by the RRM — STD FWC and covering all aspects of the emergency cycle using multiple framework contracts with competition mechanism. Lot 2: Risk and recovery standardized products (RRM — STD) for standardised products in order to improve visibility with a clear portfolio and improved timeliness of product delivery. Single framework contract.
