Provision of Building Cleaning Services London Campuses only - AWARD

Description

The University of Cumbria are seeking a Cleaning Contractor for the London Campus, the cleaner is expected to attend site daily and carry out a number of duties which have been listed in the specification. The University contract is to operate for 52 weeks a year, during the term times regular daily and weekly cleaning tasks take place throughout the University areas. The University operates from a number of campuses which it owns and from other sites where it has a base in premises owned by third party organisation. In respect of the services set out in this tender these are required only at our London campus - East India Dock Road.   The campus has a main building with access across a courtyard to five further classrooms. Located to the rear of campus; in a large conservatory is our catering facilities and a large wooden structure, which is used as a breakout area for students.
