This means that VFH will work to highlight Fredrikstad as a local, regional, national, and international tourist destination by: — contributing to the development of Fredrikstad as a clear, available, and overall tourism destination with a year-round perspective, — contributing to the industry development and innovation in tourism by involving projects, network cooperation, and insight into the industry's development and trends, — contributing to competence development in tourism in Fredrikstad, — being a joint spokesman for the tourism industry in Fredrikstad, — being a coordinating link regionally and nationally for Fredrikstad, — contributing to ensuring the implementation and initiation of the current tourism strategy in Fredrikstad, — ensuring active participation in national and international tourism networks and cooperation, — creating and distribution content and the visibility of Fredrikstad locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally in relevant market arenas, campaigns, and in the media, — contributing to developing and implementing FK's planned event strategy, host portal, and event office in VFH's industry and destination development of Fredrikstad.
