Description

Nordre Follo kommune (Nordre Follo Municipality) will enter into a dynamic purchasing system for ICT consultancy services. The contract will cover the need for competence and/or resources that the municipality does not have access to internally at a given time. Click here https://permalink.mercell.com/120405885.aspx The consultants will provide professional support in the form of consultancy service, installation, upgrading, tuning/configuration, image up-set, tanking, operation and fault-finding. After the assignment is completed, the consultants shall provide technical documentation of implemented work, provide training in operation/administration thereof, in accordance with requirements. We want external competence and capacity in: — network — firewalls — authentication — servers/server operative system — anti virus — backup — virtualisation — MS software — client set-up — database — system integrator — security — cloud-based services — IoT — Internet of things — big data — consultancy services for various ICT-strategic topics, such as architecture, sourcing, etc. The consultancy services must be offered both on-site and remotely. For on-site assistance the client must provide suitable office space and equipment. For remote assistance, it is the service provider's responsibility to provide suitable equipment and premises. The consultancy services will primarily be performed in normal working hours, but there will be exceptional cases requiring assistance of an evening or night/weekend/public holiday. The list is not exhaustive and all relevant disciplines in ICT services will be covered by this contract in the coming years.
