Description
Red Kite Community Housing owns and manages approximately 6 700 properties within the Wycombe District. Red Kite is seeking to create a Framework for Planned Maintenance Works. The Framework will be divided into the following Lots: Lot 1: Structural repairs, general building works, kitchen replacements, bathrooms replacements and electrical works, Lot 2: Window and door renewals, Lot 3: Roofing works, Lot 4: Packaged works to one or more blocks or groups of street properties which includes a combination of works from more than one of the above work streams. This Lot will include External Wall Insulation works, Lot 5: Repairs and void refurbishment works. This Lot may provide back-up services to the existing repairs and voids contractor if required. Structural repairs, general building works, kitchen replacements, bathrooms replacements and electrical works. It is envisaged that between 6 (six) and 8 (eight) Candidates will be Invited to Tender per Lot and it is envisaged that between 3 (three) and 4 (four) Tenderers will be appointed to this Framework Lot. Window and Door Renewals It is envisaged that between 6 (six) and 8 (eight) Candidates will be Invited to Tender per Lot and it is envisaged that between 3 (three) and 4 (four) Tenderers will be appointed to this Framework Lot. Roofing Works It is envisaged that between 6 (six) and 8 (eight) Candidates we will be Invited to Tender per Lot and it is envisaged that between 3 (three) and 4 (four) Tenderers will be appointed to this Framework Lot. Packaged works to one or more blocks or groups of street properties which includes a combination of works from more than one of the work streams contained in Lots 1-3. For example roof renewal works, concrete repairs and window replacement works to a block. This Lot also include External Wall Insulation Works. Red Kite Community Housing wish to promote a partnering approach to delivering the works and as such the Contractors appointed to this Lot will be expected to consider using Contractors from Lots 1-3 when either tendering for works or undertaking works under this Lot. It is envisaged that between 6 (six) and 8 (eight) Candidates we will be Invited to Tender per Lot and it is envisaged that between 3 (three) and 4 (four) Tenderers will be appointed to this Framework Lot. The purpose of this Lot is to provide back-up services to the existing repairs and voids contractor, should this be required by Red Kite Community Housing. It is envisaged that between 6 (six) and 8 (eight) Candidates we will be Invited to Tender per Lot and it is envisaged that between 3 (three) and 4 (four) Tenderers will be appointed to this Framework Lot.
