Renting of workmen's barracks - Landslide protection in Gjerdrum, Ask municipality

The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate assists Gjerdrum municipality in implementing measures after the large quick clay landslide at Ask in Gjerdrum municipality on 30 December. 2020. The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate therefore need to rent barracks for own and hired personnel for a period of ca. two years. The barracks for hired personnel shall be used for a shorter period. The barracks shall contain 2 entrances, 2 dining rooms, 2 changing rooms, 7 offices, 4 WCs / sinks and 1 meeting room. The rooms are spread over 2 floors. The barracks must comply with the requirements given in TEK 17. The contract includes arranging the necessary public permits, providing electricity and water and sewage, and operating the barracks including weekly cleaning.
