Elective Care Ophthalmology and Gastroenterology Services, including diagnostic endoscopy, for Cheshire and Merseyside ICB patients. Lot 1: NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB Cheshire East Place have approved a modification to a contract that was awarded under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The existing contract to deliver elective care Ophthalmology and Gastroenterology Services across Cheshire & Merseyside was placed on 1st April 2023 and expired 31st March 2025. This modification takes up the Contractual Option to Extend within the original contract and adds an additional one year to the contract term. As a result the modified expiry date is 31st March 2026. The original contract was a zero based contract, however, the indicative annual spend of £1,825,833 has been included here.
