In summary, the services required comprise: a) An in‐depth physical survey to inventory and assess the condition of the leachate pumping infrastructure (comprising level sensors, flow meters, pumps, pump controllers/kiosks and the telemetry associated with those components) in Phases 1 & 2 of the closed landfill (see App IV), b) A similar inventory and assessment of the existing gas flare station, and associated SCADA system, c) The replacement of the existing gas and leachate telemetry infrastructure so as to transmit all environmental data to a new cloud‐based server rather than to an on‐site server, d) A whole new SCADA system, allowing the site manager real-time access to all current and historic leachate and gas flows plus alarms and events,; plus e) The maintenance of all onsite leachate and gas instrumentation including the new Telemetry Infrastructure and SCADA system for a 3-year period of time thereafter.
