Civil Engineering Works and Associated Services (including Roads and Roads Maintenance)

Scottish Ministers have been working closely with the Civil Engineering Contractors Association Scotland (CECA Scotland) and issues this Prior Information Notice (PIN) to advise of our intention to establish a national framework agreement for Civil Engineering Works and Associated Services (including Roads and Roads Maintenance). This notice serves to alert the marketplace to this potential upcoming opportunity. The Framework will be split geographically and will feature multi-value and multi-supplier Lots, the detail for which will be provided in due course. Working with CECA Scotland, we will organise supplier events to enable some information sharing on the requirement. To this end a facility for raising questions is included in this notice This Prior Information Notice (PIN) relates to a project to establish a framework agreement for Civil Engineering Works and Associated Services (including Roads and Roads Maintenance). The framework will be split into Geographical Value Based Lots the detail of which will be confirmed ASAP.
