Contract for the Mumbles Additional Railings

Description

The project comprises of the removal of the existing damaged and rusted railings, with new ‘marina’ style stainless steel railings. The addition of a gate at each of the stairs to allow access when required. The new railings are to be brought forward 300mm from the edge of the wall to both increase the width of the promenade and to increase safety. Two bins and two life rings to be brought forward to the new railing location and match with existing in area. Location:- Between Knab Rock, Mumbles Road, Mumbles, Swansea SA3 4EN and Verdi’s café, Knab Rock, Mumbles Road, Mumbles, Swansea SA3 4EE. ## Contract award
