Langford Sports Centre - North Car Park Alterations

Description

The works are the alteration of the Langford Sports Centre Northern Car Park to provide additional parking capacity and alter vehicle flow routes by the adjustment of existing curbs and application of new asphalt surfaces. • Mobilisation & Site Setup • Traffic Management • Removal and disposal of wastes • Relocation of existing Sheffield type cycle racks • Casting of foundations and slab for new cycle storage facilities • Installation of BROXAP Cycle shelter and Two-tier cycle rack • Removal of existing parking bollards and grout fill locator holes • Break out and retention of existing curbs/paviours, edging, islands and associated features • Relay of curbs, paviours and asphalt to form new islands, curb lines and restore site surface by asphalt laying • Excavation of earthworks to new curb profiles • Installation of new lighting ducting • Construction of earth retaining wall as specified • General land forming to tie greenery levels to new curb heights • Demobilisation Keywords: Asphalt, Kerbing, Car Park, Surfacing, Parking
