Supply in purchase of: — No 52 cars with electric motor (BEV, Battery Electric Vehicle) configured, belonging to category M1, as defined by art. 47, co. 2, lett. b) and by art. 54, co. 1, lett. a) of the New Highway Code, including the ‘integral assistance package’ on the whole national territory, for 6 (six) years or 90 000 Km; — No 23 hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) plug-in hybrid vehicles (petrol/electric) belonging to category M1 or M1G, as defined by art. 47, co. 2, lett. b) and by art. 54, co. 1, lett. a) of the New Highway Code, including the ‘integral assistance package’ on the whole national territory, for 6 (six) years or 100 000 Km. For the needs of the Departments of the Carabinieri Corps responsible for the protection of ‘National Parks’ and ‘Biodiversity in State Natural Reserves’. Preparation terms: — one prototype, within 180 solar panels from the day following that of receiving the communication of the successful registration of the contract with the control bodies; — first installment, consisting of No 26 cars set up for the territory control service, within 90 calendar days from the day following the day of receipt of the communication of the acceptance of the relative prototype; — second installment, consisting of No 25 cars set up for the territory control service, within 180 calendar days from the day following the day of receipt of the communication of the acceptance of the relative prototype. Preparation terms: — one prototype, within 180 solar panels from the day following that of receiving the communication of the successful registration of the contract with the control bodies; — first installment, consisting of No 12 cars set up for the territory control service, within 90 calendar days from the day following the day of receipt of the communication of the acceptance of the relative prototype; — second installment, consisting of No 10 cars set up for the area control service, within 180 calendar days from the day following the day of receipt of the communication of the acceptance of the relative prototype.
