Description

This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is for Land Occupation Concessions which consist of the following type of vendors below: Hot Food catering; Ice Cream catering; Hot Drinks catering and Alcohol Bar catering. In the first instance this DPS will be used for catering vendors, however the scope of this DPS may expand into wider event provision. The purpose of this DPS is to create a list of approved compliant vendors and allow the vendor to bid for the opportunity to legally operate on seasonal pitches, on Council owned land for specific duration.
