Stavanger kommune v/By og samfunnsplanlegging [(Stavanger Municipality c/o Town and Community Planning) hereby invites interested tenderers to seek qualification to a Dynamic Purchasing System for community planning, feasibility and volume studies and area and transport planning according o the planning and building act. Strategic analysis of relevant knowledge basis is part of the municipality's long-term and strategic planning. Area planning sets limits for future development and expansion in both municipal and private areas. The contract includes assistance, project management and leasing of consultant within community planning, feasibility and volume studies and area and transport planning. This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: Community planning — analysis and map making of population data, public health data, etc.; — socio-cultural location analysis; — planning and facilitation of contribution situation. Land planning. — develop strategies, theme plans and area zoning plans; — develop regulation plans and perform assistance with professional sub-reports; — develop and perform assistance with location analysis on an area level and detail level; — develop and/or assist with development of feasibility and volume studies; — consequence reports including wind and noise reports. Transport planning — develop and perform assistance with transport analysis in a general and more geographically delimited area; — develop zoning plans for road purposes, mainly foot and bicycle traffic.
