Penzance council seeks to appoint a contractor to undertake the conversion of an existing building, The Coach House, to form a new café/restaurant. The contractor will work under the direction of the contract Administrator. Please refer to the following documents which are vital to understanding the requirements: - Invitation to Tender - Form of Tender - Pricing Document - Pre Construction Information - Coach House - Specification of Works - Feb 2025 - Document Issue Sheet Your tender, which is to be on a fixed price basis for the period 7 April 2025 to 28 November 2025, is to be returned on document 'Enclosure 2 - Form of Tender' The completed tender must be returned by 17:00 (5PM) on Friday 14 March 2025 in an email to tenders@penzance-tc.gov.uk with the word "Coach House Development Tender Submission'" in the subject line You must submit the following documentation with your Tender: 1.
