Westmeath Community Development - the Contracting Authority, a Local Development Company delivering a range of EU and national programmes including Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme and the LEADER Programme in County Westmeath. WCD was established in 1993. It is a company limited by guarantee and its directors represent statutory agencies, social partners, business, farming, community and voluntary sectors. Our staff are based in Mullingar and Athlone. WCD also deliver a range of programmes and services for people and communities in Westmeath including TUS, RSS, Community Employment, Jobs Initiative, Traveller Programme, Community Families, Childcare Programmes, Volunteer Centre and Empowering Communities. WCD are seeking tenders to appoint company Auditors for a three year period.
