Description

NHS Highland currently utilises IMX (IMX Monitor), a customer facing dashboard solution, to support monitoring, visibility, and operational oversight of system integrations and data flows across the organisation. The IMX solution provides a structured and accessible interface that supports operational awareness, service assurance, and informed decision making, contributing to the stability and effectiveness of digital services. Lot 1: NHS Highland currently utilises IMX (IMX Monitor), a customer facing dashboard solution, to support monitoring, visibility, and operational oversight of system integrations and data flows across the organisation. The IMX solution provides a structured and accessible interface that supports operational awareness, service assurance, and informed decision making, contributing to the stability and effectiveness of digital services. The IMX solution is supplied via Computacenter UK Ltd, and includes both the IMX product licence and Level 2 (Standard) Support, providing 24/7/365 support coverage. The solution is procured through an approved contractual route, ensuring appropriate governance, supplier accountability, and commercial assurance. The current proposal covers a three year initial term, including annual IMX product licensing and Level 2 support services. Pricing, service scope, and support arrangements are defined within the supplier quotation and associated contractual documentation. Given the reliance on IMX for operational monitoring and service visibility, securing continued access to the solution and its associated support services is essential to avoid disruption, reduced oversight, and increased operational risk.
