Dublin City Council Multi Party Framework Agreement for Suppliers of Concrete

Description

Dublin City Council seeks to establish a Multi Party Framework Agreement for the Suppliers of Concrete. The Framework Agreement will be established as a multi operator Framework Agreement with twelve operators and will be for a period of four years. The tenderer(s) who has submitted a responsive tender and have passed the selection criteria, Requirement for Specification and have submitted Pricing Schedule will be considered for admission to the Framework for Suppliers of Concrete. The appointment to the Framework Agreement will be based on price only. The lowest 12 priced tenders will be admitted to the Framework Agreement. If fewer than 12 tenderers have successful qualified then DCC may continue to operate the framework with fewer operators.
