The successful supplier will be required to provide catering services for Shevington High School, Shevington Lane, Shevington, Wigan, Lancashire, WN6 8AB. Shevington High School are committed to maintaining the very highest standards. The Shevington Way is one of: excellence, resilience, ambition, creativity, leadership, respect and equality. Catering for approximately 685 pupils and 78 staff, the school currently has three service points and is looking for some investment in the dining and service areas. The objectives of the school in relation to the catering provision are: — high profile catering, — high street look, — attractive product placement, — menus that attract and excite students, — some investment in the dining facilities (environment and service area), — positive CPD for the staff, — clear pricing and menu structures that students can understand, — value for money for students and staff. In addition to the main catering service there is the requirement for occasional hospitality including buffets and working lunches. The contract will commence 1.9.2019 for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. The contract value is approximately 720 000 GBP (3 years).
