Peptide Synthesiser and Purification System.

Description

NIBRT wish to procure a peptide synthesiser and associated purification system for the generation and purification of small quantities of peptides for research purposes. The ideal solution will be an instrument that facilitates the synthesis of milligram quantities of peptides, either canonical, branched or modified, or peptide nucleic acids in a simple to use, efficient manner that does not require specialist users. In addition to synthetic capability, NIBRT wish to procure a system for purification of generated peptides using a simplified, efficient flash chromatography, ideally using but not limited to reversed-phase separation chemistries. The separation platform should be easy to use by non-specialist users.
