Framework agreement for damage restoration services

The purpose of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements for the purchase of damage restoration services to ensure damage minimisation after damage has occurred, and concerns damage limitation measures and immediate measures in cases of, for example, fire and water damage, clean-up after removal of corpses, clean-up of excrement, tagging/graffiti, asbestos removal, etc. For further information on the services covered by the contract, see Annex 1 Price Form and Annex 2 Description of Services in the tender documentation. The framework agreement can be used by the various sections of Boligbygg Oslo KF for relevant assignments. Boligbygg has a separate contract for trade services with several trade groups which will be engaged in the execution of the actual trade work.
