Description

The tender contest involves electrician services and necessary materials as required for the following participants (business partner) mentioned in point 1.1.1: — Øvre Eiker municipality — Alier AS — Lier municipality — Lier ecclesiastical council. The framework agreement must also cover other legal units such as municipal businesses and other organisations subject to municipal administration. The municipalities intend to change to solar cell systems and this generates a future increase in the estimated scope. The procurement value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. The historical figure for procured services is NOK 6 100 000 excluding VAT in the past year. The volume will be dependent on i.a. the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors. Electrician services for roads and sewage systems are not included in the framework agreement: Refer to the procurement documents for further information. Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this contract. Framework agreement. The procurement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement. The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 3 tenderers provided that a sufficient and acceptable tenders are received. The contracting authority expects that tenderers study the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
