Troms og Finnmark County, c/o Buildings and Properties, invites tenderers to an open tender contest in connection with management of grass areas, bushes and trees in the Tromsø area. The contract includes - Troms County Hall, Strandveien 13 - Mellomveien 40 A-C - Residences at Mellomveien 34 A-B - Troms County Cultural Centre, Strandvegen 95 - Tromsdalen Dental Clinic, Th. Widdingsveg 14 - Nordøya Dental Clinic, Breivangvegen 38 - Kvaløysletta Dental Clinic, Slettvegen 39 - Tromsdalen Sports Hall, Marsvegen 11 - Breivang Sports Hall, Breiviklia 2 The time frame of the service is based on the operating season in 2023 and 2024. Startup upon signing of the contract on xx.xx.2023. Management of grass areas: 01.05.2023-15.10.2023 and 01.05.2024-15.10.2024. Management of bushes and trees: 01.05.2023-30.09.2023 and 01.05.2024-30.09.2024 Lot 1: The estimated value is NOK 732,000 per year, and therefore has a total value of NOK 2.93 million over a period of 4 years.
