Fauske Kommune [Fauske Municipality] (hereafter also known as the contracting authority) invites tenderers to participate in a contest with negotiation for the procurement of a technical operations building and a ‘First response building’ that must contain all of the emergency services, as well as the establishment of outdoor areas. NB: It states below that the contract is not divided into lots. This has been done for practical reasons, as the notice form is not very practical for lots. This procurement has been divided into lots, so the information below must not be interpreted as a conflict in the notice. The project will be organised as a turnkey contract that is split into three. • lot for outdoors (ground work), • lot for the building with foundations, • lot for the technical installations (technical building and technical outdoors).
