In connection with Statped's course activities, Statped at all times needs to provide hotel accommodation for its course participants, hereafter referred to as users. The framework agreement(s) must ensure users access to hotel accommodation in Norway of sufficiently good quality at the most cost-effective price possible. With this call for tenders, Statped wishes to obtain offers for the provision of hotel services in four different cities; Oslo, Trondheim, Bergen and Tromsø. One contract will be entered into per city. Lot 1: Hotel services in Oslo The purpose of the framework agreement is to have access to affordable and qualified hotel services in Oslo under defined and agreed conditions, in a resource- and time-saving way throughout the contract period. In connection with the Customer's course activities, the Customer at all times needs to provide hotel accommodation for its course participants, hereinafter referred to as users. There is mainly a need for hotel accommodation in family and double rooms from Monday to Friday, including dinner Monday to Thursday. The service is described in more detail in the tender documents. Lot 2: Hotel services in Bergen The purpose of the framework agreement is to have access to affordable and qualified hotel services in Bergen under defined and agreed conditions, in a resource- and time-saving manner throughout the contract period. In connection with the Customer's course activities, the Customer at all times needs to provide hotel accommodation for its course participants, hereinafter referred to as users. There is mainly a need for hotel accommodation in family and double rooms from Monday to Friday, including dinner Monday to Thursday. The service is described in more detail in the tender documents. Lot 3: Hotel services in Trondheim The purpose of the framework agreement is to have access to affordable and qualified hotel services in Trondheim under defined and agreed conditions, in a resource- and time-saving manner throughout the contract period. In connection with the Customer's course activities, the Customer at all times needs to provide hotel accommodation for its course participants, hereinafter referred to as users. There is mainly a need for hotel accommodation in family and double rooms from Monday to Friday, including dinner Monday to Thursday. The service is described in more detail in the tender documents. Lot 4: Hotel services in Tromsø The purpose of the framework agreement is to have access to affordable and qualified hotel services in Tromsø under defined and agreed conditions, in a resource- and time-saving way throughout the contract period.
