Procurement of a framework agreement for a TV production platform.

Description

TV production of parliament negotiations is a core activity for the Norwegian Parliament, and approx. 1100 hours are broadcasted each year. It is therefore important that the TV production equipment always functions as it shall, and if required, repairs are carried out and supplements obtained for the equipment. The objective of the procurement is to cover the Norwegian Parliament's requirements for the procurement and maintenance of TV production equipment and services related to the procurement, service, inspections, installation, configuration, and assembly of this equipment. The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer that will deliver TV production equipment and services connected to this field. The delivery will run over 2 years with options for 1+1 year on the same terms, but further work outside the framework agreement period must be reckoned on.
