Description

NHS England (London Region) direct award C under PSR (Provider Selection Regime) for the following critical services: - Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Immunisation Programme - maternity - Pertussis (Whooping Cough) and Flu Immunisation Programme - maternity - Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Immunisation Programme - Men who have Sex with Men (MSM) - Monkeypox (MPOX) Immunisation Programme - Gonorrhoea Immunisation Programme - Newborn Blood Spot Screening Programme - Cervical Screening Programme - Bowel Cancer Screening Programme (including administrative hub) This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 13/03/2026 This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Lot 1: The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 does not apply to this award. The contracts will be awarded by NHS England London Region (hereafter referred to as "The Authority") to the existing providers following a Direct Award Process C for the following services: - Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Immunisation Programme - maternity - Pertussis (Whooping Cough) and Flu[k1.1] Immunisation Programme - maternity - Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Immunisation Programme - Men who have Sex with Men (MSM) - Monkeypox (MPOX) Immunisation Programme - Gonorrhoea Immunisation Programme - Newborn Blood Spot Screening Programme - Cervical Screening Programme - including sexual health and BNT diagnostic pathway - Bowel Cancer Screening Programme (including administrative hub) The breakdown of allocated services is as such.
