PCC-CIC provide a very niche subscription service to access unlimited regulatory advice and access to training on GPOD contracting and Primary Care related topics such as finance, premises, neighbourhoods and strategic commissioning. Total contract value is below the applicable threshold for Procurement Act 2023 regulations. NENC ICB procurement policy normally requires the obtainment of three quotations to demonstrate best value. However, due to the limited supplier market and the specialist expertise required to deliver this niche subscription service, a Single Tender Waiver has been issued.
