Construction work

Description

The Council has appointed a number of construction contractors to a Framework Agreement consisting of three lots for the delivery of construction projects for both the Council and other public sector organisations. The Education and Built Environment Framework will be used for construction works to schools and other educational premises as well as for other general construction works to a range of public buildings. This includes the managed landscapes between buildings but will not include civil engineering or infrastructure projects. The appointment of construction contractors to undertake the delivery of construction works with a value between 500 000 GBP and 3 500 000 GBP . The appointment of construction contractors to undertake the delivery of construction works with a value between 3 500 000 GBP and 10 000 000 GBP . The appointment of construction contractors to undertake the delivery of construction works with a value over 10 000 000 GBP.
