Description

The scope of this contract covers both the reactive repair and planned capital replacement of various door entry and intercom systems predominantly focused on residential properties (houses, flats, maisonettes, and potentially mixed-tenure properties as required), which will be called-off via individual instructions under a Measured Term Contract. The works shall include, but are not limited to: Reactive Repairs and Fault Finding: Diagnosing and repairing faults in existing audio and video door entry systems. System Replacement and Installation: The full removal of obsolete systems and the supply and installation of new, modern door entry and intercom systems (including associated wiring, control panels, handsets, and external panels). Access Control Integration: Integration of new systems with existing or new access control hardware (fobs, keypads, electric releases). Minor Associated Building Works: Making good associated finishes following installation or repair works (e.g., plastering, painting, chasing out, etc.).
