Description

Fauske Municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement concerning legal and commercial services for the field of public procurement. The agreement period is 2 years with option for 1 + 1 year extension. Fauske Municipality is a part of the purchasing cooperation: Samordnet innkjøp i Salten (SIIN) [Co-ordinated Purchases in Salten]. However, the Municipality undertakes individual procurements that require purchasing competence and capacity beyond what the municipality possesses. The contracting authority is therefore seeking assistance in all phases of the implementation of the contest, related to tender notices, contracting and coordinating of advisers and contractors in building and construction projects, as well as contract follow-up. This can typically be preparation of tender documentation, legal assistance with appeals, evaluation of tenders or description of requirement specification with delivery of engineering design services, as well as preparation and follow-up of contracts.
