‘Building Europe in Ukraine’

Description

The Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine is concluding a service contract for implementing an information campaign, delivered primarily through public diplomacy events, aimed at raising awareness and creating a positive attitude within Ukrainian society to developments in EU–Ukraine relations, in particular to specific elements of the EU–Ukraine Association Agreement (AA)/Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA), and explaining the necessity and benefits of the reforms linked with them. The basic objective of the information campaign is to raise awareness and understanding of the EU's policies, EU–Ukraine relations and the Association Agreement (and the DCFTA as its integral part) among the Ukrainian public. The campaign should focus on the positive side of EU–Ukraine cooperation and the benefits of stronger ties. The campaign should be emotive; with simple, easy to understand messages and testimonies on why it is beneficial to cooperate with the EU and build tighter relations.
