Repair and maintenance services

Description

The core works that are to be the subject of the Contract are as follows: — All trades response maintenance; — Disabled Adaptations; — Boiler Servicing; — Voids services. In addition, there will be certain optional works which shall be at the discretion of each Contracting Authority to require from time to time under the Contract; these relate to the following: — Cyclical Redecoration and Repairs; — Planned Maintenance and Property Reinvestment; — Communal mechanical and electrical. The Contracting Authorities are not in a position to guarantee the precise quantity, value or nature of the Works that may be awarded under the Contract. Full details contained in the MOI.
