Description
The works comprise scaffolding elevations (top lift only), partial roof refurbishment including roof timbers, roof leadwork, liquid plastics at roof level including Bell towers, chimney repointing, minor stone repairs and brick repointing, replacement downpipes and gutters, decoration to soffits and fascia board and close windows externally. Lot 1: New Gorbals Housing Association intends to enter into a Contract with a single contractor for roof replacements and associated works.
