The Dementia Support Service is a relatively small contract (£80K per annum) that comprises of four elements: Dementia Advisor, Memory Cafes, Music for the Mind and Young Onset Dementia Activities (YODA) and is currently being delivered by Newham New Deal Partnership. The existing contract is due to expire on the 31.12.2021, with no provision for its continuation beyond this date.
