Provision of home and community-based care and support services under SDS Option 3 (2027 Angus Framework)

Angus Council and the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership have reviewed their current Framework for the provision of personal care, support and care and housing support (including home-based respite services) under SDS Option 3 within the homes of supported people in Angus. This is a procurement exercise to establish a new framework, commencing 01 April 2027. This is an opportunity for providers in the Care at Home sector to tender for various Lots within the new framework. The new Framework will run for four years with options to extend for a further three years and then a further two years. The estimated values in this notice are based on the Framework running for a total of nine years Lot 1: Adult Services under 65 – Adult LD, Adult Mental Health and Substance Misuse and Adult PD North Adults aged 16 and over who have a diagnosed learning disability and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. Adults aged 16 and over who have mental health and/or substance misuse issues and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. Mostly housing support, support and care but with some personal care requirements as necessary. Adults aged 16 and over who have a physical disability or acquired brain injury and who require support with personal care and/or non-personal care within their home and in the community. The Number of Providers required for Lot 1 = Two Lot 2: Adult Services under 65 – Adult LD, Adult Mental Health and Substance Misuse and Adult PD South Adults aged 16 and over who have a diagnosed learning disability and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. This support requires well experienced staff who are appropriately trained and skilled in managing individuals with very complex needs within their home and the community.. The Number of Providers required for Lot 3 = One Lot 4: Older People and Mental Health 65+ (Incl Adult PD) NW Adults aged 65 and over who have age related frailty and may have diagnosed mental health issues and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. Mostly personal care, support and care but with some housing support requirements as necessary. Adults aged 65 and over who have a physical disability or acquired brain injury and who require support with personal care and/or non-personal care within their home and in the community.. The Number of Providers required for Lot 4 = Two Lot 5: Older People and Mental Health 65+ (Incl Adult PD under and over 65) NW Rural Adults aged 65 and over who have age related frailty and may have diagnosed mental health issues and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. Adults aged under 65 and over 65 who have a physical disability or acquired brain injury and who require support with personal care and/or non-personal care within their home and in the community..
