Residential and Nursing Care Home Partnership Framework in Herefordshire – Meet the Buyer / Market Engagement Event

Herefordshire Council will be running a Market Engagement event for all businesses interested in delivering Residential, Nursing and short stay services in Herefordshire. This event is the final opportunity for providers to engage directly with commissioners and senior Council leaders before the tender is launched. The event will provide information on the Council's commissioning intentions, strategic priorities and future service requirements, together with details of the planned procurement process, tender documentation and indicative timetable. Providers will have the opportunity to ask questions, provide feedback and engage directly with commissioners and Council representatives. We will be running two virtual events via Microsoft teams. Dates of the engagement: 1) 28 September 2026 at 15:00 – 17:00 for Working Age Adults and Short Stay Residential Services 2) 30 September 2026 at 11:30 – 13:30 for Older Age Adults Residential and Nursing Care Services ALL SUPPLIERS WHO WISH TO ATTEND should email Contracts@herefordshire.gov.uk by 12.00pm on 25 September 2026.
