Scope of Work: Construction of a steel framed workshop of circa 2,500m2 with Northlight roof structure and composite cladding panels to external walls and roof. Including a single storey welfare area comprising changing facilities, offices, ablutions canteen with plantroom above. External works comprising tarmacadam parking area, concrete laydown area and planting/landscaping. Surface and foul water drainage including attenuation tanks and off-site connections. Services connections from on-site supplies.
