Description

Procurement of proactive and reactive maintenance of HPE servers and supplementary procurements for the contracting authority's servers. Ferde has a modern computer environment consisting of equipment from HPE. The procurement consists of an ongoing service contract for preventive maintenance of HPE components (HPE Computer Centre Care) as stated in part 2, annex 1: The contracting authority's requirements specification. The contract is for the delivery of proactive maintenance of HPE components as mentioned in annex 1: The contracting authority's requirements specifications. The contract also includes options for reactive maintenance of older components. The contract also includes supplementary procurements, including the following components: — DL360 Gen10 8SFF: server 20 000, — HPE 5820AF-24XG: switch, — HPE SN30000B 16/24: fibre channel switch, — 3PAR 8200 2N+SW storage – all flash: storage. The list is not exhaustive.
