Gloucestershire Health and Social Care Framework 2024 Onwards Gloucestershire County Council are jointly commissioning care for Domiciliary Care, for older people, adults with a learning disability, physical disability, autism, serious mental illness/mental health condition, through several different frameworks. Gloucestershire, as an Integrated Care System, is working to develop services for individuals who have the highest level of need and require specialist input with their care and support. This procurement is for a single multi-provider framework under separate LOTS. The aim is to integrate procurement processes, minimise duplication and encourage providers in Gloucestershire to diversify if they wish to. The following domiciliary services are being retendered: • Domiciliary Care • Domiciliary Care Complex • Hyper Localised Domiciliary Care Block. Packages of care and support for Individuals in Gloucestershire are called off the most appropriate LOT under the Framework via a Brokerage system. Thank you for your interest in this tender.
