The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (NDLO), Strategic Procurements category Petroleums, Oils, and Lubricants (POL) is announcing a dynamic purchasing system with a restricted tender contest for the qualification of suppliers for the procurement of F-44 Aviation Fuel - Helicopter Fuel. F-44 Aviation fuel (helicopter fuel) is a specific fuel for the Norwegian Defence's helicopters that has a somewhat higher flame point that what is used for other helicopter fuel. Lot 1: After the first round of qualification of suppliers, a mini-competition will be held. All the qualified suppliers will be asked to participate in the competition. The application deadline for qualification in the first round is 22.03.2022 at 23:59. The mini-competition will be sent to the qualified suppliers after Easter 2022. Negotiations will not be allowed in the mini-competition, which will be held via electronic communication. After the first mini-competition has been held, the dynamic purchasing system will open for the qualification of more suppliers. Suppliers can qualify throughout the entire dynamic purchasing system's duration, and there is no limitation on the number of suppliers that can qualify and receive tender enquiries.
