Multi Party Framework Agreement to Remove (i.e., Pick-Up, Clean-Up, Collect and Transport) Illegally Dumped Waste from various locations around Co. Carlow to a Licensed Waste Disposal Facility in Powerstown Civic Amenity Site, Co. Carlow - The purpose of the contract is to provide the Contracting Authority with an all-inclusive service to Remove (i.e. Pick-Up, Clean-Up, Collect and Transport) illegally dumped waste at various locations in Co. Carlow to Powerstown Landfill Licensed Waste Disposal Facility in compliance with current Waste Collection and Disposal Legislation. The Contracting Authority will require the service on a call out basis within 24 hours Monday to Friday which may involve more than one location, repeated weekly call outs may be required.
