Winthrop Gardens Café Development

Wickersley Parish Council are looking to install a modular built replacement café building at Winthrop Gardens (a volunteer-led community gardens and café) to the plans and specifications provided. The project will involve some demolition and groundworks, supply & installation/construction of modular café building including fit out of kitchen, toilets etc., construction of outdoor covered seating area, and all associated works. We are seeking one supplier to deliver all aspects of the project; this can be through the use of sub-contractors but must be managed by the Principal Contractor. Full details can be found within the attached tender documents. Due to the conditions of the Community Ownership Fund grant which we have been awarded in relation these works, the project is to be completed by/before 21st December 2024. Interested parties must submit their tender documents/application for consideration in hard copy by post, in an envelope marked 'Tender for Winthrop Development' (an address label is enclosed). It is the prospective supplier's responsibility to ensure the successful delivery of the application by/before the closing date and time of 12 noon on Thursday 28th March 2024. We expect to be able to advise the successful supplier on Tuesday 16th April 2024.
