Skien municipality needs an overall system for business management related to the production of action and financial plans, operating plans, annual budgets, follow up and reports in the form of interim reports and annual reports. Lot 1: The procurement of an overall system for business management related to the production of action and financial plans, operating plans, annual budgets, follow up and reports in the form of interim reports and annual reports. The system language must be Norwegian and must be integrable with the financial system Visma. The system must also provide the possibility for production of easily understood and informative budget document, planning documents. It must also be easy to publish it on the web. After searching the market, the municipality concludes that there are no other products/suppliers for an equivalent general system. The system must cover entire the fiscal annual wheel such as Kostra analysis, strategy documents, financial plans, operating plans, monthly reports and annual reports. The analysing system allows, amongst other things, the use of KOSTRA-figures and other public data as a basis for budgeting, management by objectives and other purposes. The user-friendly system must make it easier for politicians, inhabitants, and other parties to publish documents on the web The contracting authority intends to sign the contract on 14 June 2021 at 12.00.
