Market Engagement for the Delivery of Carbon Baseline Assessments, Ongoing Emission Monitoring and Carbon Reduction Plans for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) within the Borough

Cheshire East Council is seeking expressions of interest and further market intelligence from suitably qualified, experienced suppliers for the delivery of carbon baseline assessments followed by ongoing emission monitoring and carbon reduction plans for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the borough. As of 2023, there were 19,300 enterprises in Cheshire East with over 90% of these enterprises falling within the SME category. The Council wishes to consult with suitably experienced organisations that have a proven track record with the purpose of seeking the views of market participants and to help the Council in the planning and conduct of the procurement procedure (if research results in a procurement.)
