Statsbygg requests, in connection with project: No: 1175901 Name: Bankplassen 4, Nobel Peace Centre Tenders for: a simplified preliminary project that will review a possible transformation of the listed premises in Bankplassen 4 for housing the Nobel Peace Centre. The Nobel Peace Centre is currently located at Vestbanen. The Nobel Peace Centre at Vestbanen is considering to move to new premises. A simplified preliminary project with requirements specification and calculations will be carried out until May 2020, in which the premises in Bankplassen 4 will be reviewed as a possible new location. The building has the highest protection class for the exterior (listed) and considerable internal protection, some of which is listed. A simplified preliminary project + calculations for an uncertainty analysis is to be submitted by the end of April 2020. The simplified preliminary report with calculations will be a decision basis for whether Bankplassen 4 is to be upgraded and adapted for the Nobel Peace Centre. The premises that are to be reviewed make up approx. 7 500 m2 (BTA). The provisional function matrix and proximity diagram are available as part of the tender. These will be worked on up until the contract is signed and the start-up. Statsbygg will see to the project management, but the offered PGK resource in discipline group A will be responsible for the management and coordination of all the discipline groups. Discipline groups A, B and C. The assignment is to be carried out on an hourly basis in accordance with accrued time.
